Entry Level Geologist/Scientist

GZA is currently seeking an Entry Level Geologist/Scientist to support our growing environmental consulting practice in Somerset, NJ . As an Entry Level Geologist/Scientist, you will perform a mix of field and office duties on a fast-paced team of highly experienced professionals and subject matter experts. Field assignments will vary from 1-day deployments to those that last 3 weeks, depending on project needs. However, each assignment will generally be in New Jersey or New York, and you will return home on a daily basis. You will be mentored by seasoned professionals, who will in turn look to you to be curious, responsive, and to share ideas. Our success relies on this collaborative environment. Between field assignments, your work will involve a mix of working in a professional office setting, preparing detailed and accurate field documentation, data analysis, and reporting, and preparing for the next field assignment.
