Senior Industrial Engineer Status: Exempt (salaried): Department: Operations: Position Summary: The Senior Industrial Engineer is a seasoned technical leader responsible for driving strategic improvements across Plug Power's manufacturing operations and systems. The position independently leads complex, high-impact projects while serving as a key resource for engineering best practices, process innovation, and organizational capability building. The Senior IE is expected to influence operational strategy, champion a culture of continuous improvement, and develop the skills of junior and mid-level engineers across the Operations team.
