Description Blessed Sacrament's Child Development Center is seeking seasonal, part-time summer camp child care workers for our 2026 Summer of Wonder Program! Employment Status: Seasonal Part-Time: FLSA: Non-Exempt/Hourly: Reports to : CDC Director: Job Summary: ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise children at all times, maintaining a secure, safe environment for children to play and learn in. - Supervise and train assistants in your room on policies, procedures, and regulations. - Create and implement lesson plans. - Complete necessary classroom reports. - Prepare daily reports for each child in your classroom. - Attend staff meetings outside of work hours. - Provide positive feedback to parents. - Communicates effectively with students, parents, and other professionals - Adhere to proceedings and regulations with the DFPS. - Change diapers/ toilet train children where necessary. - Always comply with the presentation requirements set by the school. - Attend ongoing training to keep education and regulations up to date. - Participates in dismissal procedures at the end of after care, ensuring that each child leaves with the appropriate adult (i.e., an authorized adult) - Supp...
