Position: Facilities Supersivor: Location: South Suburban hospital; Haze Crest, IL. Full Time; 1st Shift: ~Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm Major Responsibilities: - Supervises the day-to-day facilities operations of the planning, operation, repair, and maintenance of heating/cooling, power plant, electrical, emergency power, and fire protection systems as well as plumbing, grounds, and carpentry. - Oversees general department operations, establishes work schedules, issues daily work assignments and responds to requests for service. Identifies and addresses all safety issues. - Identifies and recommends changes and improvements in the physical plant to be consistent with appropriate codes and authorities to ensure safe operation.
