Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Production Control Clerk to support Kadiak and our government customer in Billings, MT. Manage Work Orders: - Receive, record, and distribute. - Use NCMMS (IBM Maximo) for all facilities activities. - Review/validate asset inventory and PM schedules. - Track new and existing GSA-initiated work orders. Customer Service: - Handle requests from tenants, visitors, officials, and property management. Dispatch service crews and ensure satisfactory performance. Communicate with field staff and follow up on request closures.
