The Program Manager – Value Chain leads the global Delivered In Full On Time (DIFOT) program, defining a customer-back parts availability metric that measures services experience from the perspective of Mining customers. Measuring and improving DIFOT is a key enabler to achieve our Physical Availability targets and deliver measurable customer outcomes. This role sets the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for DIFOT development and deployment across the value chain, working directly with dealers, large mining customers, and cross‑division partners.
