This role will serve as the primary administrator for our UKG platform, ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, and optimal performance across HR processes. The HRIS Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the organization’s HR systems, supporting system configurations, reporting, and user experience. This position partners closely with HR, Payroll, and IT to streamline workflows, support system enhancements, and ensure the HRIS effectively supports business operations. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, strong analytical skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
