Overview: This is a full time, 40 hour per week position that requires work on weekends. Daytime hours or as needed. Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Job Description Summary: Maintains a variety of spaces on the Hospital campus with an objective to provide a safe, clean, and pleasing environment. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Performs a variety of landscape and groundskeeping tasks while observing pertinent safety regulations and policies. - Operates and maintains power equipment such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, and street sweepers. - Removes litter and debris from grounds and empties trash receptacles. - Maintains and repairs walkways, fences, and other outdoor structures.
