The role includes cashier duties, golf cart preparation, golf ball collection, acting as the primary point of contact for golfers, ensuring overall facility cleanliness, and conducting inventory assessments. Job Duties: - Provide excellent customer service while handling phone inquiries, scheduling tee times, greeting customers, addressing complaints, and preparing for tournaments. - Perform cashier duties. - Maintain and prepare golf carts for rental. - Collect and clean driving range golf balls. - Serve as the primary contact for golfers, oversee and maintain the schedule for timely play. - Clean and organize the pro shop, restrooms, and exterior clubhouse areas. - Conduct inventory assessments of pro shop merchandise.
