We are hiring for this position out of our Vancouver and Toronto offices. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance. Role Overview: The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance oversees the Residential Mortgage Quality Assurance program at Peoples Group and leads a national team responsible for executing daily pre‑funding QA reviews across all offices. This role ensures consistent adherence to internal underwriting guidelines, as well as mortgage insurer and regulatory requirements. The Senior Manager provides senior‑level oversight through comprehensive reporting, audit facilitation, guideline governance, and expert advisory support to underwriting leadership on complex credit and policy matters, while driving continuous improvement in quality, risk management, and team performance.
