Overview Blue Yonder is seeking a Solutions Advisor to join our Supply Chain Advisory team. The Solutions Advisor will support the development and delivery of customer-focused, cost-effective, and innovative supply chain solutions. This role contributes to customer satisfaction and success by supporting solution design, delivering insights, and assisting in the deployment of tailored supply chain capabilities aligned to customer business needs. Location: US- Remote with the ability to travel up to 50%. What You’ll Do: - Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by offering strategic insights and practical Blue Yonder solutions that meet business requirements - Ability to present additional solutions to current customers to solve their business needs - Participate in customer engagements, discovery workshops, and design sessions, documenting requirements and assisting in solution blueprinting - Provide foundational subject matter expertise across supply chain management, operations, and supporting technologies - Assist with demos of Blue Yonder solutions using prepared business stories and data, including basic configuration or data load support - Conduct analysis and contribute to re...
