This role is ideal for a construction professional with experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client communication, and field coordination in a fast-paced environment. Projects may involve renovations, site improvements, IDIQ contracts, lump-sum projects, and fast-track construction delivery methods. Position Overview: The selected candidate will manage the complete lifecycle of assigned construction projects, including estimating, procurement, scheduling, contract administration, financial oversight, and project closeout activities.
