Selection based on review of on-line applications and results of personal interview. Hiring decision contingent upon applicant clearing security background check. This role requires a professional demeanor, a strong customer‑service orientation, and the ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods. Purpose: The Graduate School is hiring temporary graduate student workers to support convocation ceremonies. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Assisting with event entry. Helping manage the flow of guests, graduates, and faculty. Supporting graduate seating before and during the ceremony. Performing other duties as assigned by event supervisors.
