Overview Scope of Position: Provide essential support to the Staff Development Team by ensuring the accurate completion and review of all Summer Staff Onboarding Forms and Health Profiles. This role is committed to delivering exceptional care and customer service to all Summer Staff throughout the onboarding process. Reports to: Team Leader, Onboarding and Logistics - Camps WinShape Foundation is a Biblically-based Christian non-profit organization that seeks to glorify God by creating transformational, Christ-centered experiences for people in every stage of life.
