Maintenance Technician (Full-Time, Onsite) Pay: up to $22.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time Location: Onsite Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (weekends may be required) Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to maintain the buildings, common grounds, and overall appearance of the Stonemill Farms community. This role is responsible for routine upkeep, inspections, repairs, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily janitorial duties, including cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and mopping - Maintain and upkeep community buildings and common grounds - Complete landscaping tasks such as tree trimming and seasonal projects - Conduct weekly inspections of homeowner properties - Remove snow, manage ice rink areas, and perform seasonal maintenance - Install and maintain park/sports equipment and nets - Replace light bulbs, maintain mailboxes, and perform minor repairs - Pick up trash and ensure cleanliness throughout common areas - Assist with setup and teardown for community events - Complete painting, staining, and general improvement projects - Partner with vendors and report...
