WHO ARE WE?: The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation ('BCF') is one of Sydney’s most trusted frontline charities and has been supporting the community for 40 years. Our mission is to address homelessness and hardship by providing essential services including food, social welfare, healthcare, education and community programs. Our Crews Café is an important part of our operations, providing high quality coffee and meals in a fast paced, professional and team focused environment. The café supports staff, volunteers and the broader community and plays a valued role in our organisation. THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Café All Rounder with strong barista skills to join our Crews Café team. This role requires someone confident working independently across coffee preparation, food service and general café operations. You will take pride in producing consistently high quality coffee and food while delivering professional and friendly service. This is a casual position with shifts available Monday to Friday.
