Job Description: Job Summary We are hiring a critical team member to join the Legal team as a Corporate Counsel, with a primary focus on commercial contract. This role will play a key part in supporting the company's business operations and growth by partnering closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, particularly in areas involving customers, suppliers, and hardware-related supply chains.
