Overview: Department: Med/Surg Shift: Full Time, 12 Hr - Night Shift The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, high-quality patient care within the Medical/Surgical Unit. Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—the RN delivers direct patient care while maintaining professional standards and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
