Job description

Summary of job contents Assemble, repair and test pneumatic related products by using various hand tools, assembly fixtures, adhesives and lubricants for customer applications and stock orders to specified requirements. Works at bench or on shop floor by performing the following duties. Key accountabilities: - Follows Standard work instructions for the complete assembly. - Assembles units by using various hand tools, assembly fixtures, adhesives and lubricants. - Using specialty machinery and tools to fasten part and pieces together. - Safely performs all job duties - Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, or other fasteners. - Uses various hand tools and measuring equipment such as: drills, pliers, taps, calipers and micrometers to complete special application orders. - Receives, verifies, and separates work orders for components. - Ensures Lot Traceability with all components of the production order. - Verifies conformance of all components to specifications - Reads and interprets pneumatic/electrical drawings to position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled. - Operates drill presses, lathes, milling machines and grinders to assist in assembly operation. - Per...
