Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Responsible to strengthen our commercial team and support revenue growth across Air, Ocean, and Road freight operations. This role is responsible for preparing competitive quotations, managing RFQs, maintaining CRM accuracy, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, overseas agents, carriers, and internal operations. The position plays a critical role in improving response times, increasing win ratios, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and competitive freight quotations (Air, Ocean, Road) in line with company pricing strategy, Manage and respond to RFQs within agreed timelines and SLAs, Support Sales Managers in acquiring new business and maintaining existing accounts, Coordinate with overseas agents and carriers to secure the best possible rates, Maintain and update CRM systems with customer activities, opportunities, and quotation history, Ensure smooth handover of awarded shipments to the Operations team, Monitor quotation success rates and provide insights to improve win ratio, Assist in tender preparations and long-term pricing agreements, Support customer onboarding pr...
