Overview Opportunity: Senior Area Sales Manager: Serve as a strategic leader and manage accounts for a group of hotels to achieve guest satisfaction, and to solicit past and new business ensuring all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. Potential Career Path: Director of Sales – Area Director of Sales – Regional Director of Sales Essential Job Functions: - Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values. - Architect and execute comprehensive sales plans to maximize revenue across all facets of the hotel portfolio. - Identify and penetrate new market segments while optimizing existing revenue streams. - Oversee account management for the area, ensuring meticulous documentation and strategic follow-through for long-term retention. - Manage and grow the portfolio’s most critical "Tier 1" accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for executive-level client relationships. - Direct the integration of various departments (Revenue Management, Operations, Catering) to ensure flawless execution of large-scale accounts and group bookings. - Conduct dee...
