Cellular Sales Quality Assurance Analyst I - (IT Quality Engineer - Clark Office) Classification Exempt: Reports to QA Manager: JOB DESCRIPTION: Summary/Objective: The Quality Assurance Analyst works under the supervision of the QA Manager, the Analyst is responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan, executing the plan, and managing all activities during the testing cycle. The Analyst will ensure all the objectives are met and the solution works as expected. The role is familiar with the software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies. A QA Analyst could be responsible for testing applications built in house by developers, 3rd party applications, or hardware.
