Provides patient care based on the nursing process and interdisciplinary collaboration. assessment. evaluation of patient. specific proficiencies, hospital policies and procedures and philosophy. with other disciplines. team members while retaining accountability for duties delegated. nonprofessional personnel and provides technical supervision on the unit. increase quality and efficiency through the hospital-wide, interdisciplinary CQI process. Attends meetings as assigned. Management apprised of special concerns regarding quality, cost effective care and risk management issues. Keeps Unit Coordinator appraised of actions. ensure departmental compliance to standards of environment of care, management of information, care of patients, and infection control. Attends meetings as assigned. Repairs as necessary and reports action to Unit Coordinator. privacy rights and values of individual patients and provides care accordingly. illness event.
