Job Description: - Practice safe crew, vessel and tow operation using Ingram safety systems and policies - Participate in safety drills and audits - Supervise the Mate and Deckhands in consultation with the Captain and shore-based leadership - Assure safe and efficient vessel navigation through compliance with the “rules of the road” - Practice good seamanship and boat handling skills - Comply and ensure the crew is complying with USCG and environmental laws and regulations - Demonstrate felt leadership - Delegate vessel responsibilities, duties and tasks considering crew members position and ability - Assist with crew evaluations - Assist in training of deck crew - Steer tow up and down river - Perform other related duties as assigned Schedule: This is a Live Aboard position with a 21/21 schedule - Demonstration of t...
