The ideal candidate has deep expertise in large-scale Cisco Unified Communications and delivers secure, reliable voice and video services supporting mission-critical federal and defense operations. Key Responsibilities: Engineer and administer Cisco UC platforms including CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressways, Jabber, and related systems across NIPR/SIPR and VoSIP networks. Monitor, maintain, and optimize UC systems for performance and availability using RTMT and SolarWinds.
