Shipping / Receiving Manager AJM Packaging Corporation Joplin, MO: Position Overview –: AJM Packaging Corporation, one of America’s leading manufacturers of paper products, including paper plates, cups, bowls and bags, is seeking a talented Shipping / Receiving Manager to add to our growing team in Joplin, MO! The Shipping / Receiving Manager will manage and coordinate shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate, timely shipments, effective team supervision, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement to meet production goals. Responsibilities & Duties –: - Plan, coordinate and manage the shipping & receiving functions in such a manner as to ensure that all company objectives and production goals are continually met. - Schedule and coordinate all outbound and inbound shipments. - Oversee all incoming and outgoing activity and ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments. - Coordinate with production staff to ensure that the quantity and timeliness of orders will be fulfilled as required. - As needed, communicate with internal departments and/or facilities, as well as, customers regarding any issues that may impact shipping, receiving or order fulfillm...
