The role sits at the heart of Elgin’s growth strategy and involves originating, executing and leading complex M&A, divestment, joint venture, and strategic investment transactions across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, leading transactions end‑to‑end, while acting as a senior contributor to structuring, investment decision-making, and execution strategy. The role will work closely with the Head of Transactions (based in Dublin) and senior stakeholders and will contribute to strategic decision‑making through the preparation and presentation of high‑quality analysis and recommendations to the Investment Committee and senior management.
