As a Technology Support III team member in Healthcare Link team, you will be instrumental in delivering and deploying mission-critical business features. Your responsibilities will include partnering with technology teams, business stakeholders, project analysts and managers, and third-party vendors to design and carry out comprehensive testing initiatives. Job responsibilities: - Develop reliable and scalable automation scripts leveraging industry-leading tools and frameworks including Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, TestNG, and Java - Design comprehensive test coverage encompassing both positive and negative test scenarios, execute automated test suites, and perform thorough results analysis - Maintain detailed documentation throughout the testing lifecycle, capturing test execution activities and logging all identified defects - Report bugs, errors, and anomalies to the development team in a timely manner, and actively collaborate on diagnostic and remediation activities - Deliver coaching and mentorship to team members to build testing capabilities and expertise - Conduc...
