Description The IT Seasonal Service Desk Analyst will support the organization’s technology operations by assisting with hardware and software troubleshooting, user support, system maintenance, and documentation tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in areas such as workstation setup, network connectivity, application support, and ticket management while working closely with experienced IT professionals. The ideal candidate is a motivated problem solver with strong communication skills and a desire to learn in a fast paced technical environment.
