The position is scheduled Monday through Friday , with general working hours between 7:30am and 5:00pm . One late evening per week is required, extending the workday to 6:30pm ; late nights are not scheduled on Fridays . There are no on-call, weekend, or holiday requirements , supporting strong work–life balance. The Occupational Therapist | Certified Hand Therapist will provide specialized evaluation and treatment for patients with hand and upper extremity conditions, collaborate closely with the care team, and contribute to efficient clinic flow. This role requires excellent communication skills , the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) .
