UPP currently has an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Technician (Electrical) to join our team. This is a permanent, part- time position working 37.5 hours per week from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Salary Circa. £38474.00, Location Hull. The Multi-Skilled Technician (Electrical) will work as a member of a team providing both a planned and responsive maintenance service, specialising in electrical and mechanical repairs. Must carry a full clean driving licence. 1 in 3 on call rota covering out of hours. Planned and Reactive Maintenance: - Undertake maintenance within the residences in a safe working environment, assessing all Health and Safety issues before work commences and report any hazards identified to the relevant Manager - Carry out reactive maintenance in accordance with the Service Level Agreement and provide front line response for all electrical work - Carry out PPM in accordance with the schedule - Maintain accurate records of breakdowns and maintenance repairs, including records for statutory compliance - Liaise with specialist sub-contractors Statutory Testing: - Carry out statutory testing including PAT testing, fire alarm testing, fire door testing and...
