We are looking for a Research Associate to b e responsible for contacting an average of 60 individuals daily utilizing an exceptional level of courtesy, professionalism and respect, to verify their contact information. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Ability to work as a part of a team. - Ability to learn new skills with an appropriate amount of training. - Experience with conducting outreach - Collect, analyze, and report data. - Performs other related duties as assigned. - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated attention to detail - Experience using Microsoft Office - Ability to convert Microsoft Word documents to a PDF format - Adaptability as well as the aptitude and desire to learn Location: Cedar Falls, Iowa: A few benefits offered for full-time roles include: The base pay range for this role is $20.67 – $22.11 per hour.
