Job DetailsJob Location: flyExclusive Headquarters Kinston, NC - KINSTON, NC 28504Job Shift: DaySummary and Objective The Senior Crew Lead is responsible for the safe, reliable, and airworthy release of aircraft to revenue service on-time by overseeing day-to-day activities of avionics technicians. This includes following the inspection flow and maintaining operational efficiency and quality standards. Supervise a team of avionics technicians to ensure work is completed on time and in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. Coordinate and oversee maintenance tasks on assigned aircraft, implementing proper procedures and methods. Monitor work progress and ensure all documentation and technical data are accurate and up to date. Support material requisitions and ensure proper handling and preservation of parts. Ensure team members are trained and qualified for assigned duties, and that equipment and tooling are in working condition.
