Job Title Janitorial Supervisor - Chantilly Job Description Summary: The Supervisor reports to the Senior Operation Manager and is responsible for the following activities under the direction and guidance of the Account Manager or Account Director: Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of employees within the shift and assigned buildings. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable State and Federal laws. Assist in managing the overall activities of a project(s), and supervises the project crew.
