POSITION: Winery Assistant Manager: LOCATION: See Ya Later Ranch - Okanagan Falls, BC STATUS: Regular / Full-Time: COMPENSATION: $23-26/hr plus gratuities: THE OPPORTUNITY: Reporting directly to the Guest Experience Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team by example toward achieving goals and objectives by delivering retail sales and winery experiences that build brand loyalty while driving sustainable profitability. To work in partnership ensuring all aspects of tasting room and restaurant operations including programs and initiatives are aligned with winery brand strategy. DAILY LIFE: · Leverage tasting bar and retail program to drive sales and achieve or exceed required results of revenue, expenses and hospitality as well as wine club memberships. · Support service team ensuring food service and patio are first class and special events are well executed. · Supervising the team to maintain a positive work environment fostering teamwork in driving required results.
