Summary: The Surgical Services Manager (RN) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of effective, efficient, and safe patient care services within the clinic. This position provides dynamic leadership to a multidisciplinary team comprising of Medical Device Reprocessing (MDR) staff, Procurement/Inventory staff, Physiotherapy, Maintenance and Physician Extenders. The primary focus is maintaining operational excellence, fostering collaboration between departments, and achieving exceptional care and outcomes for Clearpoint Health patients.
