Qualifications: - Epitaxial Growth: Design and execute MOCVD growth runs for compound semiconductor structures. - Recipe Optimization: Develop and refine growth recipes to achieve precise thickness control, doping profiles, and wavelength uniformity across large-diameter wafers. - Characterization & Analysis: Analyze epi-wafers using Photoluminescence, XRD, Hall Effect, and SIMS data to correlate growth parameters with device performance. - Hardware Ownership: Manage MOCVD reactor maintenance, including seasoning, part changes, and troubleshooting hardware issues. - Yield Improvement: Drive root-cause analysis for defects and implement process controls to maximize High-Volume Manufacturing yields. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Device Design and Fab teams to translate simulation requirements into tangible epitaxial layers. - Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics,...
