SURVEILLANCE OFFICER JOB SCOPE: Surveillance Officers are responsible for understanding and responding to internal property needs. They communicate in a friendly, respectful, and understandable manner. Surveillance Officers work to ensure the safety of our guests, employees, and vendors, while ensuring assets of the property and its occupants are secure. QUALIFICATIONS: - Use a CCTV system to monitor and review activity throughout the casino property - Work with employees within the department as well as other departments to investigate incidents - Complete typed reports/logs and preserve video as evidence - Maintain surveillance on all casino operations for errors, theft, fraud and regulatory violations - Respond to casino activity and utilize necessary equipment to identify, record and document illegal and unusual activities occurring on the property - Work with law enforcement agencies to review and investigate crimes, and may represent the casino in litigation as required - Identify and/or review incidents such as departmental violations, risk management concerns, monetary variances and player disputes - Monitor various systems for malfunctions and report/document them as neede...
