The Role: The Vice President, Legal is a direct report of the CEO and member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for providing strategic, business‑forward legal guidance in a fast‑growing, publicly traded medical device company. This role leads day‑to‑day legal operations, oversees corporate compliance, manages contract strategy and execution, and partners closely with outside counsel on complex matters including securities, governance, and corporate transactions.
