Sales Analytics Specialist

Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: USG is seeking a technically strong, self-driven Sales Analytics Specialist to own and maintain complex Tableau and OBIEE dashboards and published data sources (Oracle ERP, Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.), utilizing advanced SQL and Excel as pragmatic fallbacks to solve any data challenge. This hands-on role validates and reconciles pricing, sales, and order data end-to-end, builds new analytics and enhancements, creates and maintains SOPs/runbooks and documentation, and performs recurring maintenance while prioritizing and delivering on ad-hoc requests. The role supports automation and efficiency improvements, produces repeatable self-service assets, and trains/enables sales and sales-ops teams; requires excellent time management, multitasking, stakeholder communication, and an execution-focused mindset. Minimal travel may be required.
