This position performs scheduling services and administrative support to enhance the function of the assigned area(s) to provide optimal patient care and ensure a seamless patient experience. Qualifications: - Minimum of one (1) of the following preferred: - Post high school education or vocational training in healthcare. - Previous work experience in healthcare or customer service. - Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology. - Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. - Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed.
