Role Overview: As an Investment Banking Analyst in Zurich, you will play a central role in the execution of live transactions and the development of new business opportunities. Working in lean deal teams, you will gain broad exposure across sectors, products, and client types, contributing to all stages of deal processes from initial pitches to transaction completion. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Execution: - Assist in executing M&A, equity, and debt transactions, including financial analysis, modelling, and preparing deal materials. - Build and maintain financial models such as DCF, LBO, merger, and comparables analyses. - Support due diligence processes, review documentation, and coordinate with legal, tax, and external advisors. - Prepare marketing documents, investor presentations, and transaction materials.
