Job Description Principal Duties and Accountabilities (*Essential Functions ) Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards. Identify and deploy technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of internal and external resources. Ensure that team members are trained and follow work procedures and comply with quality requirements. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems. Promote a team oriented environment based upon open two-way communication and inclusion of subject matter experts to resolve problems. Identify, evaluate, and develop recommendations for the continuous improvement of safety, product/process quality, productivity, manufacturing costs and schedule performance. Analyze production performance, identify capacity and other issues for improving the performance of the operation. Takes initiative to incorporate the appropriate short-term corrective actions where applicable, assists in understanding the root causes of more long-term issues and actively drives the implementation of the appropriate corrective action(s) to pr...
