The role spans supporting senior leadership on large development and leasing mandates, taking ownership of smaller client instructions with growing independence, and contributing to the effective running of team systems and junior talent development. Senior Surveyors are trusted representatives of the firm’s values and brand, providing high‑quality professional advice while contributing directly to fee growth, billing and profitability.
