About the Role As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, hiring, and retaining the world-class talent that powers Showpad's growth. We are looking for a thoughtful, data-driven leader who will elevate our recruiting capabilities on a global scale — someone equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results. This role leads a team of 3 direct reports and requires deep expertise in Go-to-Market (GTM) recruitment and the SaaS talent landscape. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership: - Lead and mentor a team of 3 direct reports, building cohesion and capability across a geographically dispersed recruiting team. - Regularly report to the Leadership Team on TA performance, pipeline health, and market intelligence — translating data into actionable recommendations. - Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, candidate quality, and time-to-hire through data-driven decision-making.
