Job Description: JOB TITLE: Associate – SR9526573 Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks an Associate in New York, NY to support the execution of live transactions for the Consumer Coverage Team. Requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience executing mergers, acquisitions and capital markets transactions including equity and debt; composing marketing materials including Confidential Information Memoranda, Management Presentations and Teasers; managing NDA execution with counterparties, handling the distribution of marketing materials, and documenting buyer interactions; preparing offering documents including prospectuses and term sheets; performing due diligence, deal structuring, and managing data rooms and investor outreach; preparing valuation analysis including Discounted Cash Flows, Leveraged Buyouts, merger models, precedent transactions and public comparable analyses; preparing financial analyses including operating models, Pro Forma P&Ls, and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses on Saas unit economics; summarizing and analyzing Business Services tech consumption data to determine business valuati...
