About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Partner in C4i Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, screening and securing a permanent workforce to support our core Business Capabilities. You will champion the C4i Solutions brand, promote our technical capabilities, solutions and EVP, and act as the ambassador for our culture and values. You will partner with hiring leaders to enhance our approach, including implementing best practice principles and approaches. You'll ensure compliance, but remain agile, not at the expense of success. As a smaller business, this role offers a high level of autonomy and delegations, and you'll have the opportunity to touch various areas of the business, outside of talent acquisition.
