Description Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services are designed to provide rapid, intensive, in-home support in the critical days/weeks following a crisis. Services include intensive, one-on-one in-home support, crisis and safety planning, family support and coaching, behavior management, and coordinating with community supports. We are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in behavioral health, with families and at-risk youth, to be a positive role model and have an impact on our families! The Clinical Program Manager (Supervisor) oversees the clinical, operational, and fiscal needs of Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services. The Clinical Program Manager oversees all therapeutic programming, ensuring clinical services meet the needs of individuals served and reflect company best practices. This position participates in treatment planning, reviews, team meetings, and supports individualized, trauma-informed interventions. The Clinical Program Manager ensures treatment fidelity across all specialized programs (e.g., DBT, CSEC, PBIS) and coordinates multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatry and child family teams to support integrated care.
