Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Policies, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management with an economic development portfolio. - Experience working with local municipalities, associations, key opinion formers, non-profit decision makers, education institutions, and community members. - Experience synthesizing data and research findings into recommendations. - Ability to communicate in Finnish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
