Job Overview The Sustaining Engineer is responsible for leading and managing the design, development, and implementation of electronic and embedded systems. This role involves utilizing extensive expertise and leadership skills, driving innovation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing mentorship to junior team members, contributing to the success and advancement of complex engineering projects within Hubbell. The Sustaining Engineer may also review vendor capability to support product development. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process.
